Who am I?

My name is Mohan, and I am passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential. My journey has been a blend of academic exploration and professional experience. I hold a PhD in Physics, and I have extensive experience conducting research in China. For 10 years, I thrived in the world of academia, teaching postgraduate courses in physics and engineering.

But my passion for education extends beyond traditional classrooms. I have dedicated significant time to helping students excel in competitive exams like UPSC, TNPSC, and SSC. Witnessing their success fuels my desire to empower others. Additionally, I have spent 5 years working in the marketing sector for a recruitment business, where I honed my skills in career development and placement training. More recently, I have leveraged my knowledge to mentor startups, guiding them in building strong teams and fostering a culture of growth.

Why Career Craft?

My diverse background allows me to see education and careers from various angles. I understand the challenges students face when choosing a major, applying to college, or preparing for grueling exams like NEET or NET. At the same time, I've witnessed the anxieties professionals encounter during career transitions or job searches, and the unique challenges faced by startups building their teams.
